What Traqq collects

Traqq stores account details, workspace settings, creator records, smart link metadata, click events, imported order evidence, payout review states, and API activity needed to run the product.

How the data is used

Data is used to operate smart links, attribute revenue, generate recommendations, export reports, secure the service, prevent abuse, and support the customer relationship.

Tracking data

Smart links may record technical data such as timestamps, destination, referrer, user agent, IP-derived request information, and campaign parameters. Customers are responsible for using Traqq in line with their own privacy notices and consent requirements.

Processors

Traqq may use hosting, database, email, analytics, and payment providers to deliver the service. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored directly by Traqq.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while an account is active or as needed for security, legal, billing, and backup purposes. Customers can request deletion or export of their workspace data.
