Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Traqq. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use Traqq. Questions about these terms can be sent to patrick@traqq.io.
The service
Traqq helps teams create tracked links, connect commerce evidence, review creator revenue, and prepare commission and payout exports. Attribution and recommendations are decision-support tools, not a guarantee of sales, revenue, creator performance, commission eligibility, tax treatment, or payment outcome.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the permissions you give to team members. You must be at least the age of majority where you live and able to enter into this agreement.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the data you submit to Traqq. You give us the limited right to host, process, and transmit that data solely to operate and improve the service for you. You are responsible for your data, destinations, creator arrangements, payment decisions, and all required notices, permissions, and legal bases for tracking, marketing, imports, and integrations.
Acceptable use
Do not use Traqq to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, mislead users, send spam, collect data without authorization, interfere with the service, bypass limits or security controls, or create links to unlawful or harmful destinations. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Traqq, or third parties.
Third-party services
Integrations and destinations, including Shopify and Stripe, are third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or changes. You can disconnect an integration from Traqq when that option is available.
Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation
Traqq may offer a free plan or trial. Paid subscriptions renew at the interval shown at Checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage a paid subscription, billing details, invoices, and cancellation through the Traqq billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Payments and payouts
Traqq can help prepare payout reviews and exports, but it does not itself move money to creators unless a supported payment integration is explicitly configured. You remain responsible for approvals, taxes, disputes, and final payment execution.
Intellectual property
Traqq and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Traqq or its licensors. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. Feedback may be used by Traqq without restriction or obligation.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Traqq available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may update, improve, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice when a material change substantially affects paid customers.
Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traqq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Traqq's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid to Traqq in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and changes to these terms
You may stop using Traqq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, misuse, legal requirement, or prolonged non-payment. We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "Last updated" date will show when they changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
